On Tuesday, July 16, 2024, the second call for regular projects launched within the Interreg NEXT Romania-Ukraine programme was closed. 39 projects were submitted electronically, in the Jems system, amounting 48 million Euro.
The call for proposals targets Priority 1 – Environmental focus across borders, the specific objective Promoting climate change adaptation, disaster risk prevention and resilience, taking into account ecosystem approaches. The allocated budget is 4.47 million Euro.
The non-reimbursable value of a project can be between 800,000-1,400,000 Euro. All projects must have an investment component of at least 500,000 Euro.
The projects will enter the administrative and eligibility check, and those that meet the requirements of the Applicant's Guidelines will move on to the technical evaluation stage.
The Managing Authority recommends those who have submitted applications for funding under this call to constantly check the account created in the Jems electronic system, for possible requests for clarifications during the evaluation process.
