On Tuesday, January 21, 2025, the fourth meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the Interreg NEXT Romania - Ukraine 2021-2027 Programme was held in Bucharest.
The meeting aimed to present the results obtained at the end of the selection process for the three calls for projects launched so far, namely the approval by the Monitoring Committee of the list of standard projects selected in calls 1 and 2 (totaling 17.13 million EURO) and those on the reserve list.
At the same time, the Monitoring Committee decided to supplement the allocations for the calls launched to date, with the funds remaining available at the program level, so that a larger number of projects on the reserve lists can be financed.
During the meeting, decisions were made regarding the future call for projects, and its main features were approved. The new call will target the areas of education, good governance and border management, and the applicant guide will be published for public consultation in the immediate future.
