Climate change and disaster risks pose a significant threat to regional security and stability, especially in times of war. In particular, the conflict in Ukraine leads to unpredictable environmental and humanitarian disasters that affect the border areas. In this regard, the need to develop innovative solutions to identify and prevent such hazards is becoming particularly urgent.
