TESIM experts (Technical Support to the Implementation and Management of ENI CBC programmes) contracted by the European Commission to provide support to the implementation of cross-border cooperation programmes drafted the Guidelines for auditors on civil law contracts in Ukraine.
The document provides guidance to the auditors who are responsible for verifying the eligibility of expenditure on projects implemented in the cross-border programmes where Ukraine takes part, such as Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020. The Guidelines can be downloaded from this page.
