On July 30, 2020, the Joint Technical Secretariat of Romania–Ukraine Joint Operational Programme signed a service contract with Association of Ukrainian Regions «EU Strategy for the Danube Region», which has become the Odessa Branch Office of the programme.
The role of this structure is to ensure better communication between the Ukrainian grant beneficiaries and stakeholders in Odessa region and the programme structures and to facilitate their access to information related to the programme.
