The Joint Technical Secretariat of Romania – Ukraine 2014- 2020 Joint Operational Programme will organize training sessions in the eligible area of the programme, in order to help potential beneficiaries to fill in the application form, as well as other supporting documents, and to improve their capacity to prepare good quality projects.
